I visited your restaurant yesterday and was truly impressed by the variety and creativity of your menu. The food quality was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the dishes served. However, I would like to share some honest feedback regarding the service. Firstly, the rose momo was just okay — it didn’t quite live up to the standard of the other items, which were otherwise exceptional. A bit of refinement in flavor or presentation could make a big difference. While the food was outstanding, I found that the service could be improved. The waitstaff seemed a bit inefficient and inattentive at times, which affected the overall dining experience. I’m sharing this with the hope that you’ll consider enhancing the training or supervision of your team. A great menu paired with attentive service will surely elevate the customer experience and contribute positively to your business growth. I recently visited Rinchen’s Momo after office hours on a weekday, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The location is very convenient, being just near Lake Mall, making it easy to drop by after work or shopping. The first thing that caught my attention was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ambience is lovely—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable space to relax and enjoy a meal. Now coming to the food—absolutely amazing! Their momos are the star of the menu, fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour. Each bite feels authentic, and you can tell they are made with care. Apart from momos, they also offer a wide variety of other dishes, catering to different tastes. Everything we tried was delicious, well-prepared, and served hot. The service deserves special mention—the owner is incredibly humble and always greets customers with a genuine smile, making the dining experience even more pleasant. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of great food, inviting ambience, and friendly hospitality all in one place. Whether you’re a momo lover or just looking for a cosy spot to enjoy good food with friends or family, Rinchen’s Momo is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended!

This place took me to somewhere in Sikkim. The food was yummy and the chef prepared Wok tossed noodles based on my preference and Cauliflower manchurian was on a different level Thanks to Rinchen's Momo I did not go without Dinner last night... Sashti was well spent. And not to forget, the special cooking tips from the owner directly made my evening considering my craze for #Momo

Recently we visited Rinchen's Momo. Location: Nestled behind Lake Mall in the heart of Lake Market, Rinchen’s Momo offers a tucked-away escape with a cozy hill-station vibe. We tried : Wonton Soup – ₹180 Served with 2 delicate wontons, the soup had a mild, almost clear broth that leaned toward subtlety rather than spice. The flavor was very light. Given the portion and simplicity, it felt a bit overpriced. Chicken Rose Momo – ₹250 Aesthetically pleasing and aromatic, the rose-shaped momos were juicy and well-stuffed. The chicken filling was flavorful, moist, and perfectly balanced. Every bite delivered a satisfying burst of savory goodness. Fing Noodles – ₹220 Made with soft rice noodles, this dish was light yet flavorful. It had a gentle and a satisfying texture. A perfect comfort meal for one, it was neither oily nor bland – a well-balanced plate that was both wholesome and tasty. Sliced Chicken in Schezwan Style – ₹250 This dish came as shredded chicken tossed in spicy Schezwan sauce. Though listed as a starter, it was served more like a side. The flavor was spicy, and slightly tangy, with a nice texture. Chicken Phaley – ₹200 A Tibetan-style treat, the chicken phaley resembled a chunky, savory samosa with a crispy outer layer and richly spiced chicken stuffing. Served as 2 pieces, the taste was deep, warming, and a delightful fusion of crunch and flavor. Chicken Thukpa – ₹220 A soulful Himalayan noodle soup, loaded with shredded chicken, veggies, and hearty noodles. The broth was flavorful without being overwhelming, offering a well-rounded taste perfect for chilly days or comfort cravings. Portion size was generous for one. Ambience With seating for around 20-30 people, the restaurant feels intimate yet lively. The decor and overall vibe echo that of a quaint Himalayan eatery, giving you the feel of a quiet cafe in the hills. Soft lighting, warm colors, and subtle Tibetan motifs add to the charm. Overall Experience While the food quality and taste were generally satisfying, the pricing felt slightly on the higher side given the portion sizes. However, for a taste of authentic Tibetan flavors in a cozy setting, Rinchen’s Momo holds its own as a memorable spot in South Kolkata.

The food at Rinchen’s Momo was amazing! Tried the chicken steamed momo, lemon coriander chicken soup, and lat me kai chicken — all delicious, with the momo being huge and buttery. Ambience was lovely too. Just felt the staff could be more attentive (missed refilling water, pepper shaker empty, and cutlery a bit oversized). A little more focus on service would make the experience perfect!

Rinchen is one of the famous food influencer whom we all follow on insta and FB. Now he has opened his outlets as well. We went to the outlet beside lake mall. The interior is very good. I was really looking forward to rose momo and we ordered it. It was quite good to taste. The other things that we ordered are: 1. Chicken rose momo 2. Golden fried prawn 3. Chicken lollipop 4. Chicken pan fried momo 5. Mixed singapore meifoon 6. Konjee crispy chicken 7. Kung pao chicken 8. Fresh lime soda Starters items are amazing here and very good in taste.
